What happens
- Your groomer greets your dog, checks the coat and confirms the cut you asked for.
- Bath with shampoo and conditioner chosen for the coat, then a hand blow-dry.
- Haircut and style: breed standard, a short "puppy cut", or whatever you describe in your booking notes.
- Nails, ears, sanitary trim and paw pads, then photos to your phone.

- Dogs with hair that keeps growing: Shih Tzus, Maltese, Yorkies, Poodles, doodles, Bichons, Schnauzers.
- Any dog due for a full reset after a few months without a groom.
How often
Every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on coat. Long and curly coats mat faster.
